Tori Wrånes is a singer and artist who creates large-scale performances, films and installations. Through sound, music and sculptural forms, own rituals and dream-like constellations arise. After 11 years in a rock band, she started at the art academy and immersed herself in performance, more specifically, in visual concerts.

A flesh-colored oversized bladder, a swollen stingray, or perhaps an abnormal stomach contents. Your examination is done from the outside, with the face directed into the "body". Standing, sitting or lying down, on a structure built around. You take part in what is happening inside and a group of creatures' flowing activity, while your face becomes a small wart, a carnal detail of the dreamy, surreal, sometimes brutal state Tori Wrånes gives us with the GARDEN OF LEFTHAND.

Tori Wrånes’ art is an attempt to turn reality beyond norm and standard. With a loving anarchist expression, she makes visible humane and inhumane behaviors and highlights issues of exclusion and highlights deviations from the prevailing norms that we are all responsible for shaping.
